with a Private Carriage Ride

 Your Romantic Evening Begins:

          A private carriage ride for two throughout the beautiful Kilohana estate. Tour the lush 35 acres aboard one of our elegant carriages drawn by a magnificent Clydesdale. We will deliver you right to one of our romantic end tables, where you will be presented with a scroll menu designed especially for you.

        A Bottle of Domestic Champagne

          A Sampling of Pupus Including:

 Baked Brie:

French double cream cheese wrapped with very thin layers of phyllo pastry,

 baked and accompanied by Island fruit and our house made sliced baguette.
 

WON TON WRAPPED PRAWNS

Freshwater Tiger Prawns and Chinese parsley pesto wrapped in crispy won ton pi,

served with wasabi plum sauce.
 

 and the Chef’s Special Appetizer

Your Salad:

KILOHANA GARDEN SALAD:
Chilled local greens tossed in our Original Creamy Papaya Seed dressing,

 garnished with tomato, cucumber and house made croutons.

The Duet:

  Two of your favorite entrées: Choice filet of beef hand trimmed, flame broiled to order,

 accompanied on the plate by a whole lobster tail with drawn butter,

served with red bliss basil potatoes, lilikoi baby carrots and garden vegetables.  

 Seafood Rhapsody:

Large prawns, plump seas scallops, fresh local fish & lobster tail

marinated and flame broiled, garnished with fruit salsa and passion fruit butter sauce,

served on one plate with red bliss basil potatoes, lilikoi baby carrots and garden vegetables.

             The romance dessert of the evening:

         Deep Fried Chocolate Truffles for two

                         Swiss bittersweet chocolate fried in a coconut crust,

                         served with vanilla bean ice cream and fruit glazes.

          The price includes the private carriage ride for two, the menu presented, tax, and gratuity.

We experienced Kauai's Most Romantic Dinner on February 10 and it definitely lived up to it's name.  Dave actually proposed to me during our carriage ride with Buddy, and it truly was like a fairy-tale.
